We... read more packed a lot in - making adjustments to our schedule as the day progressed. Fabio was very accommodating and never rushed us on to the next activity. We did miss a couple of things on the itinerary - not because of Fabio but because we were having a lot of fun and stayed longer a couple of other places.   We are a family of 5 who traveled to Guatemala over Semana Santa. Fabio arranged transfers for us - Flores to Tikal, Tikal to Flores, GAC to Antigua, Antigua... read more to Pana, and Pana back to GAC. All in a private van, with AC for under $500. All of the drivers were on time, helpful and kind. On the way to the airport in Flores, our driver suggested a quick stop in Flores, where we had a quick bite on the water. On the way from Pana to GAC, our driver made a stop so that we could have a nice last meal in Guatemala prior to heading to the airport. Fabio was very very responsive while we were in Guatemala. Para el día 1, visitamos la ciudad de Guatemala y Antigua; El día 2 fue Iximche y el lago Atitlán, islas San Juan; El día 3 fue el Volcán Pacaya. Fabio y sus otros colegas siempre llegaron a tiempo e hicimos un plan antes de salir del hotel; conducir era muy seguro No había prisa; Me tomé tanto tiempo como quise disfrutar del lugar. En Pacaya, tomamos el paseo de caballos cuesta arriba y luego nos quedamos un tiempo extra para disfrutar de la hermosa puesta de sol. Me enamoré de Guatemala. Nuestro guía, Fabio, fue fabuloso! Nos llevó a donde preguntamos y luego agregó otros lugares de interés que solo recordábamos cuando llegamos allí. Durante todo el recorrido, nunca nos sentimos presionados o inseguros. Su narrativa fue informativa y entretenida pero no intrusiva o dominante. Al final de la gira, sentimos que habíamos hecho un amigo. Recomiendo encarecidamente este servicio de excursiones. También sugirieron muy buenos restaurantes guatemaltecos auténticos, que realmente me gustaron. Realmente disfruté hablando con Fabio, Andrés y Mario; sus habilidades en inglés son excelentes y todos proporcionaron un gran trasfondo cultural e histórico. The drivers were always ok time, clean car, great attitude and added a lot of explanation during the driving. Everything was super flexible per our needs and pace. Highly recommended!!! Great service!
