They... read more operate a fleet of newer passenger vans. The vehicles were clean and in excellent condition. The drivers were on time and very professionals. They are flexible and accomodating if you need to stop in transit for food or bathroom breaks. The booking process was via WhatApps, we dealt with Fabio who was also excellent, quick to respond and confirimg the arrangements. No advance deposit was required. We paid the drivers in local currency which we procured at home before traveling to Guatemala. One small point on note, we speak decent spanish, so all our communications were in spanish and the drivers did not appear to know much english..but they will get you were you need to go.

In summary, arranging transportation, especially upon arriving at an airport in a developing country can cause a bit of anxiety, We were on a very early flight to Guatemala, in the back of you mind you also wonder if they are going to show up. Authentic Guatemala did not disappoint. Based on our experiense, we highly recomend them.

Para el día 1, visitamos la ciudad de Guatemala y Antigua; El día 2 fue Iximche y el lago Atitlán, islas San Juan; El día 3 fue el Volcán Pacaya. Fabio y sus otros colegas siempre llegaron a tiempo e hicimos un plan antes de salir del hotel; conducir era muy seguro No había prisa; Me tomé tanto tiempo como quise disfrutar del lugar. En Pacaya, tomamos el paseo de caballos cuesta arriba y luego nos quedamos un tiempo extra para disfrutar de la hermosa puesta de sol. Me enamoré de Guatemala. Nuestro guía, Fabio, fue fabuloso! Nos llevó a donde preguntamos y luego agregó otros lugares de interés que solo recordábamos cuando llegamos allí. Durante todo el recorrido, nunca nos sentimos presionados o inseguros.   Fabio did an amazing job creating a custom week long itinerary for my family and I. All tours in Antigua, Lake Atitlan, and Tikal were excellent and also all transfers... read more were very smooth. He really provided great support through the trip which allowed us to be flexible and make changes if needed. For example in Lake Atitlan we wanted to do a sunrise hike and combine it with some village visits, and he was able to organize a private tour for us that worked out perfectly. It was nice to have someone accessible via WhatsApp for any questions or trip concerns. I look forward to organizing more tours through Fabio.
