The stops, the shops, the food was excellent. This tour is absolutely worth it! ☕️

Después de leer excelentes críticas en Trip Advisor, le... read more envié un correo electrónico a Fabio y decidí reservar un auto y un conductor para...un viaje de un día completo a Antigua. Mario llegó a tiempo e hicimos un plan antes de salir del hotel. Mencioné que los conductores en Guatemala me pusieron un poco nervioso, y Mario condujo con cuidado todo el día para hacerme sentir más cómodo. Él me dio la opción de tomar la carretera principal o una ruta alternativa que atraviesa algunas ciudades pequeñas, lo que también ofrecía fantásticas vistas de los tres volcanes cerca de Antigua. Luego estacionó el auto en el borde de Antigua y hablamos en varios puntos para poder aclarar lo que prefería ver y hacer. Comenzamos en el histórico Hotel Santa Domingo, que también es un museo y un sitio histórico de conventos. Desde allí caminamos por la ciudad e hicimos algunas compras, y Mario fue increíblemente servicial y paciente con mis caprichos. Después de un agradable almuerzo y más visitas, pasamos y paramos en dos pueblos pequeños fuera de Antigua. Una ciudad en particular tenía una plaza tan tranquila, donde los residentes locales hacían sus compras un sábado y una boda en la iglesia. Realmente disfruté hablando con Mario, sus habilidades en inglés son excelentes y él proporcionó muchos antecedentes culturales e históricos. The drivers were always ok time, clean car, great attitude and added a lot of explanation during the driving. Everything was super flexible per our needs and pace. Highly recommended!!! Great service!

It started with a drive from Antigua where Gustavo collected us from our hotel and transported us to... read more Guatemala City. The 4hr tour was a mix of driving and walking with Gustavo saving the day with some ponchos to keep us dry. He answered all of our questions (we had many!) and made sure we had a great time in the city. He even manoeuvred through the horrible traffic to drop us at the airport at the end of our tour. We highly recommend Gustavo and the tour itself.
