The 4hr tour was a mix of driving and walking with Gustavo saving the day with some ponchos to keep us dry. He answered all of our questions (we had many!) and made sure we had a great time in the city. He even manoeuvred through the horrible traffic to drop us at the airport at the end of our tour. They... read more operate a fleet of newer passenger vans. The vehicles were clean and in excellent condition. The drivers were on time and very professionals. They are flexible and accomodating if you need to stop in transit for food or bathroom breaks. The booking process was via WhatApps, we dealt with Fabio who was also excellent, quick to respond and confirimg the arrangements. No advance deposit was required. We paid the drivers in local currency which we procured at home before traveling to Guatemala. One small point on note, we speak decent spanish, so all our communications were in spanish and the drivers did not appear to know much english..but they will get you were you need to go.

In summary, arranging transportation, especially upon arriving at an airport in a developing country can cause a bit of anxiety, We were on a very early flight to Guatemala, in the back of you mind you also wonder if they are going to show up. Authentic Guatemala did not disappoint. Based on our experiense, we highly recomend them.
