Day 1

The adventure can begin from Guatemala City, Antigua, Lake Atitlán, or Isla de Flores, taking you on a scenic yet lengthy six-hour road trip. Upon arrival, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the Lanquín Caves, once believed by the Maya to be the gateway to the underworld.

Day 2

Enjoy a full-day tour to Semuc Champey. Float down the Cahabón River on a tubing adventure, hike to the famous viewpoint, and relax in the stunning natural pools. You can also venture 800 meters into a water cave, where the adventure becomes truly exhilarating.

Day 3

You’ll either return to Guatemala City or continue your adventure to Lake Atitlán or Tikal. Along the way, you’ll pass through numerous Maya Q’eqchi’ towns that still preserve their language and traditions.
